Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Caitlin Reid, studied at Deakin University in Victoria. Caitlin has worked with Catherine Saxelby, one of Australia’s leading nutritionists, as well as Sanitarium Health Food Company, Good Health Solutions, Peak Health Management and Healthy Life Media. She is a regular contributor to the Healthy Food Guide magazine, She Said website, Ninemsn’s Shape Mate website and MBF’s in2life message.

Caitlin’s areas of expertise are in healthy eating, fitness, weight loss, lifestyle management, sports nutrition, team nutrition and corporate health. You may have seen Caitlin discussing food and nutrition topics on Kerri-Anne, TNT, A Current Affair, Today Tonight and Swish TV, or heard her provide health advice on numerous Australian radio stations including ABC, 2GB, 2UE, Pulse FM and 4CC.

Since 2008, Caitlin has been the club dietitian for the South Sydney Rabbitohs. She assists the players achieve their goal weights through healthy eating and appropriate supplementation, and uses nutrition strategies to assist the players reach their optimum performance. Hydration and recovery nutrition are also key focuses.

Caitlin is the sport nutrition lecturer and tutor at The Australian College of Physical Education. Here she educates she educates students studying PE teaching on the relationship between nutrition, health and sporting performance, so that they can apply nutrition principles to different sporting situations.

Balmain Sports Physiotherapy

Caitlin has a private practice at Balmain Sports Physiotherapy where she is available for both nutrition and exercise consultations. Caitlin’s areas of expertise are in weight loss, healthy eating, fitness, lifestyle management, sports nutrition, team nutrition and corporate health. She also provides nutrition advice to people with special dietary requirements such as Coeliac disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and irritable bowel syndrome, just to name a few.
