Fit Mums
Are you a new mum wanting to get your pre-pregnancy body back? Or perhaps you're wanting to boost your fitness or improve your energy levels? As a new mum, a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise is important for bouncing back after pregnancy and keeping you fit and healthy enough to cope with the joys and challenges of motherhood. Exercising with other mums and bubs will also boost your social interaction, improve psychological wellbeing and provide you with a supportive network of other new mums. This is what Fit Mums is all about! Fit Mums is the exercise session that will help you get your pre-pregnancy body back, boost energy levels and improve fitness levels. Bring your bub along and introduce them to the healthy way of life while you workout with other new mums in small groups. Your bubs will be in the same private room as you and a child minder will be there to attend to your bub so you can get the most from your workout. |

Fit Mums is conducted by university-qualified exercise specialists at Balmain Sports Physiotherapy (104-108 Victoria Rd Rozelle NSW 2039) from on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30am. Each Fit Mum pack includes 10 exercises sessions that are valid over a 4-month period. As groups are limited to eight, bookings are essential and can be made through Balmain Sports Physiotherapy.
