Health & the City 10-week challenges

It’s time to achieve the lifestyle you’ve always wanted by stepping up to the Health & the City 10-week Health Challenge. With expert health professionals to guide you and other group members to motivate you, you’ll be hanging out for these fun and interactive weekly sessions.

Each session lasts one-hour and combines exercise with topic-based lifestyle chats. The style of exercise varies from week to week, including a combination of teamwork, circuits and resistance training, while the lifestyle chats will take you from perfect portions and supermarket shopping, to breaking those habits and improving your quality of sleep. You’ll also get additional health tools and information to take away with you, including your very own copy of Health & the City.

To kick-start the challenge, you’ll complete a few health and fitness assessments, which will give you baseline health measures. You’ll then use these figures as motivation throughout the 10-week challenge to improve your health. Come week ten, you’ll get your real moment to shine when you repeat the health and fitness assessments and leave your original baseline measures for dead.
