Eat Yourself Healthy
Eat Yourself Healthy with this 10-week weight loss and 
healthy eating package. Over 10 consecutive weeks,
Accredited Practising Dietitian Caitlin Reid will assess your current dietary intake and eating patterns; provide recommendations for dietary change; and work with you to set and achieve realistic weight loss goals. Caitlin will make your accountable for your food choices and eating behaviours, empower you to change for the better and motivate you to succeed. By the end of the 10-weeks, you'll know how to include your favourite foods into a healthy balanced diet while still achieving your weight management goals.
Eat Yourself Healthy is conducted at Balmain Sports Physiotherapy on Fridays from 7am-2pm and includes:

Eat Yourself Healthy is conducted at Balmain Sports Physiotherapy on Fridays from 7am-2pm and includes:
- 1 x 40-minute initial nutrition and lifestyle
assessment and goal setting session - 7 x 10-minute weigh- ins and nutrition chats
- 2 x 20-minute nutrition reviews (Week 5 & 10)
- Portion plate and bowl
- Menu planner
- Recipes
- Home-based exercise program
INVESTMENT: $550
Eat yourself Healthy is claimable through your private health fund.
